All of our programs are designed to accommodate beginners through advanced athletes. We assess your current fitness level at intake and adjust the plan accordingly.
Where do your outdoor sessions take place in Raleigh? +
We primarily train at Umstead State Park, Shelley Lake, and the Neuse River Trail. Exact meeting points are shared upon registration.
Do you offer nutrition counseling alongside fitness coaching? +
Yes, our Wellness & Recovery Program includes personalized nutrition guidance developed with certified dietitian partners. We provide meal frameworks that complement your training schedule.
Can I try a session before committing to a monthly plan? +
Absolutely — we offer a single trial session for all new clients at a discounted introductory rate. This allows you to experience our coaching style before signing up for a package.
How do I cancel or reschedule a booked session? +
Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your session via our online portal or by phone. Late cancellations may be subject to a partial session fee.
Are your coaches certified and insured? +
Every coach on our team holds nationally recognized certifications such as NASM, ACE, or AMGA outdoor leadership credentials. We are fully insured and comply with all North Carolina fitness service regulations.
